All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at nexoracastro@gmail.com so we can review the situation and guide you through the next steps.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you with available carrier information.
